A little clarity. A calmer celebration. Everything you need for your photography journey, from the first plan to the final album.
You have a celebration to enjoy. This guide helps you prepare, share what matters and understand how your photographs, films and album come together.
General guidance, personalised booking. Your confirmed quotation, signed agreement and written amendments determine your exact package, rates, deadlines and obligations. This guide does not replace them or apply new terms retrospectively.
Check every function date, venue, crew arrangement, start and end time, and included deliverable against your confirmed quotation or agreement. An “All Day” display is not confirmation of unlimited coverage. Report missing or incorrect information through your existing booking contact.
Review the wedding, pre-wedding, family, styling, ritual and vendor questionnaires supplied for your booking. Optional forms can be skipped; essential event information still needs to reach the team. Share access directions, ceremony timings and special requests before the shoot.
Nominate one authorised person to coordinate schedules, selections and feedback. If you are unavailable, confirm in writing who may respond for you. Keep booking changes and approvals in your established communication thread.
Allow realistic time for getting ready, travel, couple portraits and family photographs. Share important rituals and preferred moments in advance. Tell your coordinator about delays or location changes promptly; delays can reduce the time available within booked coverage.
Prepare a short list of essential groups and ask a family coordinator to gather relatives. Include names or relationships so the team can identify people. Photographs depend on people being present and available; every guest or combination cannot be guaranteed.
The team makes reasonable efforts to capture important moments, but every second, angle or person cannot be guaranteed. Guests blocking cameras, phones in aisles, low light, interruptions and religious or venue restrictions can affect coverage. Confirm permissions and permitted camera positions in advance; the team works within those restrictions.
Our team selects usable images, removing duplicates, blinks and unusable frames. Not every captured frame is delivered. Image quantities and included editing follow your booking. Review downloads, check files open correctly and keep independent backups.
Standard colour correction is different from detailed skin, body, background or object retouching. Share specific needs early; additional work may need a separate scope and price confirmation. The final visual style follows the agreed creative approach.
RAW photos, RAW video and editable project files are not automatically included. Check your confirmed package for any specific entitlement; this guide does not withdraw an existing promise. If an agreed file copy requires your HDD or SSD, coordinate the format, handover and available files with the office. Full RAW uploads are not assumed.
Request urgent preview photographs before the shoot and confirm what can be provided. Delivery is coordinated by the office after the appropriate backup process, rather than direct sharing by individual crew members. Availability and timing need confirmation.
A highlight is a creatively edited story using selected usable footage, rather than a complete record of every event. Duration, included events and any requested clips follow your confirmed package. Share priorities before editing begins.
Function videos use the available footage and agreed coverage. Duration depends on the event and usable recordings; continuous filming of every second is not guaranteed. Restrictions, interruptions and audio conditions can affect the result.
The number of reels and alternative edits is limited to your booking. Extra reels or versions require availability and written scope confirmation. Music suggestions are considered alongside creative fit and licensing; a requested track is not automatically guaranteed.
Check your confirmed page or leaf allowance; these are different counting methods. An album is curated, so every photograph may not fit. Submit one final selection list using the requested image identifiers, including essential family groups. Additional pages, albums or layouts need written price confirmation.
Check each PDF page for names, dates, spelling, selected photographs, duplicates, crops and layout. Send one consolidated correction list before approval. The number of included revision rounds follows your booking, rather than a universal rule on this page.
Provide clear written final approval through your agreed booking channel after reviewing the complete proof. Printing follows approval and applicable payment conditions. Changes after approval may no longer be possible; redesigns or reprints are not automatically free. Confirm feasibility and price before requesting them.
Send one consolidated feedback list from your authorised representative, with image identifiers or video timestamps. Minor factual or technical corrections differ from changing the concept, music or full structure. Included revisions, major re-edits and additional charges follow your individual agreement. Creative decisions follow the agreed style and available material.
Check the booked start and end times for each function. Delays do not automatically extend coverage. Ask about extra time before the booked period ends; additional coverage depends on crew availability and written rate confirmation. No overtime rate is set by this guide.
Use the payment milestones, amounts and applicable handover conditions in your confirmed booking. Additional events, crew, frames, reels or other deliverables require written scope and price confirmation. Rescheduling and cancellation requests follow your existing agreement. This page does not introduce new retrospective terms.
Photography, reels, highlights, function videos and albums move through separate production stages. Use the delivery windows confirmed for your booking. Selection, feedback, approval or applicable payment delays can shift dependent stages; request an updated written estimate when a dependency changes.
Production backups support the workflow but do not promise indefinite storage. Download delivered files, verify them and keep independent copies. Gallery access, source-file retention, archive retrieval and re-upload arrangements follow the policy applicable to your booking. Confirm expiry dates and any retrieval charges; do not assume archived material remains available.
Check that all agreed items have arrived and files can be opened. Report missing or damaged items promptly through your existing booking channel, referencing the deliverable. Any formal verification period is the one in your agreement; no new deadline is created here.

Use the quotation, agreement and confirmed written amendments shared for your booking. The guide is general information; it does not set your rates, hours or deliverables.
Review the questionnaires and instructions supplied to you. Optional forms may be skipped, but essential dates, timings, venues and ritual details must still be communicated.
We make reasonable efforts to capture your priorities. Availability, camera obstructions and venue restrictions affect coverage, so every guest, second or angle cannot be guaranteed.
Only if specifically confirmed in your booking. RAW photos, RAW video and editable projects are not automatically included. Existing confirmed promises remain applicable.
Share preferences early. Music changes can require substantial restructuring. Included revisions and additional work follow your agreement; confirm any new scope and price before proceeding.
Review names, dates, spellings, image selections, duplicates, crops and page layout. Send corrections before providing final written approval for printing.
